SESDAQ-listed Lexicon Group Limited (formally known as Sun Business Network Ltd) was incorporated in Singapore in October 1994 as Panpac Media Group Limited.
The key to the Lexicon Group’s success lies in its ability to provide niche contents through a variety of media platforms. The Group currently publishes more than 20 titles in different languages in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
In 2007, the Group embarked on a strategic rationalisation programme to refocus its business in the multi-media space. It also initiated the consolidation of its shares which was accompanied by a bonus warrant programme to increase investor interest.
