A 15% commission is allowed to recognised agencies • The Publisher reserves the right to require cash with orders from advertisers who do not employ recognised advertising agencies • All advertising pages are non-cancellable after the advertisement booking date • Advertisement contracts and insertions are accepted under conditions stated in this rate card and in the master advertising contract • The Publisher will not be held responsible for any other instructions, put up by clients or its advertising agencies, unless it is specified in the insertion order and agreed to by the Publisher's counter signature • If a copy is not submitted by the copy deadline, the Publisher reserves the right to repeat the existing copy or in the absence of an existing copy, to fill the booked space at his sole discretion.
